Thank you for your interest in joining Eastbourne Central u3a. You'll find that we're a very friendly u3a branch offering a wide range of groups and activities at an extremely reasonable cost. Details of the small annual charge, and how to pay it, can be found at the bottom of this page.
To join us, simply complete the following form and click the Submit my details button. Your membership number will be sent to you via email. Should you have any difficulties, or need clarification on any aspect of this form or the u3a in general, please contact Amanda Farthing, our Membership Secretary.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
- Individual membership is £13 p.a., reducing to £8.50 after the end of February. Fees include the £4.00 membership fee to our national organisation, the Third Age Trust, which provides a wide range of services and benefits, including liability insurance cover.
- Individual TAM membership £17. As individual above but this includes a subscription to the 'u3a matters' magazine at a cost of £4 and reduces to £12.50 after February.
- Associate membership is £9, for those who belong to another u3a to which they pay a full membership fee. This reduces to £4.50 after the end of February. Add £4 if you wish to receive the 'u3a matters' magazine.
By adding the ‘u3a matters’ magazine to your membership, you consent to being added to the magazine direct mailing list and for your data to be shared with the company who oversees the distribution of the Trust Magazines. You can request for your data not to be used for the direct postal mailing of ‘u3a matters’ magazines at any time by contacting the Membership Secretary
