Venue: A private house in the Meads - details from the group leader
"Give thy thoughts a tongue" to mis-quote Polonius in Hamlet, and in this group your tongue is most welcome in our discussions. During the past year we have studied The Winter’s Tale, King Lear, Henry VIII and The Merchant of Venice. A member might lead with a symposium sometimes followed by a play reading shared by all. We have a collection of lectures and various productions of Shakespeare's plays on DVDs that we have enjoyed watching on occasions.
