For better balance, less stress, and more calm. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We have two separate classes every Tuesday. Cost £6.50.
New members can join at the beginning of a term – September/ January/ April.

Summer classes will be held in The Italian Gardens and in Helen Gardens, both at the Meads end of Eastbourne.
Taster class
2025: A Tai Chi taster class for those who would like to see what's involved will be held at 10:45 and 11.45 on Tuesday 23 September at Alice Croft House, Cornfield Lane, Eastbourne.
